Three short and replayable minigames
-
Farm upgrades that add variety over time
-
A cozy chiptune soundtrack

This is such a cute game. I didn't take a community copy, but i love that you have that for people. Indie developers like you really restore my faith in gaming! Many blessings be upon your house!
Do you plan on adding more, like animal husbandry?
Took a community copy but I'm enjoying the game, so I bought it :)
It's _really_ cozy. I like the idea of a farming sim that's really stripped down to the essentials. I'd like to suggest a few tweaks to improve the user experience:
1) It feels like it takes punishingly long to "fall back asleep" - i.e. when returning to the house and getting ready to count sheep. Could that animation be sped up? Also, it's a shape the first sheep jump isn't rewarded.
2) When shop items are bought, the description is completely replaced with "Already yours!", which is a bit odd. Perhaps you could just prepend the original description with "OWNED - […]" or something like that.
3) It would be nice if the timers on the crop patches were a bit bigger or bolder so they can be seen more easily from further away, when the Playdate has been put aside.
These are just minor issues. It's a lovely little time waster. I'd be happy to see it get some more work, not to make it more complicated but just to add more polish, because it deserves it :)
Thank you so much for your kind words and your feedback - it really means a lot!
I’m currently working on the next update, which will focus on some quality of life improvements. One of the things I’m planning is adding an option to skip cutscenes if the player wants to.
And you’re right about the shop text – it does feel a bit odd.
Thanks again for your support! I hope you’ll enjoy the next update when it’s ready.
This is so cute, super fun game loop and the sleep/time mechanic is very fun. Highly recommend if you like cozy farming.
Such a playful and cozy experience!
Skill-related minigames for usually one-click tasks increased fun and immersion.
This was my first Playdate game and I'm glad! It's intuitive, fun and shows well the functions of the console for a newbie.
It is really fun to play, the aesthetics are great and it keeps you engaged a long time XD
Really cute and relaxing. The minigames are fun and it makes great use of the Playdate’s crank. Great job! 🌱
